LDC1000: Planarity Value

Good day. My customer is responsible for developing a footprint for LDC1000, he wants to know the planarity value of WSON 16 pins with TI PN LDC1000NHRJ.

Hi Renan,

Is this for a new project? The LDC1000 is currently not recommended for new designs (NRND) and we cannot guarantee its availability in the future. I'd be happy to recommend a substitute device, or we have the LDC Device Selection Guide that your customer can look through if they prefer.

Thank you for your immediate response. I already informed my customer that this device is NRND, but he insisted he wanted to know the planarity value for this device. Hoping you can help me with this. Thank you in advance.

Hi Renan,

It looks like we don't have a specific planarity value, but the maximum height of the package is 0.8mm.
