IWR6843ISK: Issue with flash IWR6843 EVM board with bin file from industrial tool box

Hi,

i follow below instruction of lab0015_pplcount_68xx from industrial tool box 3.3.1 

1. connect carrier board in standalone mode 

2. connect IWR6843ISK to MMWAVEICBOOST

3. plug in micro-usb and power supply

Use Uniflash 5.0 version or cloud uniflash, COM port selected according to User UART port and load PC_lab_xwr68xx.bin,  the image flashing stuck at "Open COM port COM27...) as attached screenshot.

i have done the same image flash on AWR1643 board previously with multiple 1643 labs w/o any issue. Please help the image flash on IWR6843 which i got the boards last week. Thanks!
