My customer uses OPT3007 in their wearable devices and they observed some foreign bodies in the sensitive area of IC as the picture shows. In the picture, there are 16 squares in sensitive area and 2 of them have foreign bodies.
But the function of IC is normal though having foreign bodies.
The customer's question is:
- If the light-sensitive area is blocked by a foreign object, will the light-sensitive function become worse?
- How large is the occlusion area of foreign body will affect the function of IC?
