looking for any small metal can type npn or pnp that can be soldered to a copper heat sink. Using as a temp sensor. Must be an isolated can.

Here is a part that TI might want to manufacture. A small metal can type pnp or npn transistor where the can is isolated. The can is soldered to the copper heat sink
The closest that I can find so far is some 15 amp to-220 diodes from a different company. These have an isolated tab but i dont need to use a large to220 - just a small can device.like a to-46. The isolated can allows soldering multiple parts on the same heat sink. No hardware needed and the sensor is going to stay put with good heat transfer
