MMWAVE-DEVPACK: FTDI software cant be installed or updated in 4 AR-DevPack-EVM-012 ports

I am using Windows 10. I followed the steps mentioned in http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swru506/swru506.pdf.

But now FTDI software cant be installed or updated in 4 AR-DevPack-EVM-012 ports.

I have given the right power supply 5V 3A. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Kindly help me

Hello Allin,
What is the status indication on these ports in your PC's device manager? Can you share a snapshot ?

Hello Allin,
I assume you are picking up the drivers from the mmwave DFP package. What is the version of the mmwave DFP you are using? Can you download the latest DFP package and try the drivers from that package?

Hi
I am using MMWAVE DFP Release 01.02.00.01. In DFP package there is no FTDI folder.

Sorry, I meant mmwave studio. Are you using the FTDI drivers from the mmwave studio package? If not where are you picking up the drivers from?

I picked FTDI driver from MMWAVE STUDIO Release 02.00.00.02.
