HDC1080: HDC1080 internal information need

Part Number: HDC1080

Please confirm whether the product internal structure includes: integrated circuit + at least one component (silicon-based sensor, actuator, oscillator, resonator or capacitor, resistor, diode, transistor) and so on. The integrated circuit and at least one component above are connected and packaged into an integral whole through lead. Thank you.

    On the first page of the HDC1080 datasheet - there is a description and internal block diagram.
    From left to right on the block diagram, you should see there are two sensors, one silicon based (temperature) and one polymer and silicon based (humidity) - these feed into an Analog to Digital Converter (ADC). The output of the ADC is then converted by silicon based logic to I2C communication bus (seen on far right). All this is packaged in a 3mm x 3mm PWSON surface mounted device which has six terminals.
