DCA1000EVM: DCA1000EVM install driver problem under WIN7 32 bit

Hi Team,

As shown in above picture, only one of the 4 ports was unsuccessfully installed. Customers follow the manual to install. And he has tried to change the computer and change the line. But the problem still exists. Would you help to check what happened?

    Hi Annie,

    This is very unlikely that last COM port is not getting installed. This might be due to using 32bit system.

    Have they tried on 64Bit OS?

    Else try deleting and uninstalling the FTDI driver, restart and re-install the driver.
