Hi, can we use IWR 1443 and IWR 1642 for industrial purpose in the united states of america, is it FCC approved ?

Hi,

If you are referring the the EVM, then the its solely for evaluation purposes and is under the FCC exemption. For the IC, the end user is responsible for the certfication as the EVM exemption does not cover the end/ user product.
