AWR1642BOOST: mmWave demo visualizer not capturing data

I connected AWR1642 to mmWave demo visualizer. Based on the following snapshot I configured the device cfg port as 4 and data port as 3.

I selected my platform as xwr16xx and sdk as 3.2 which was installed already. The TI cloud tools are also installed already. I clicked send config to mmwave device. Now its saying hardware connected but no plots in the plot section which is blank.

Kindly rectify this issue. Thank You.

Hi Allin Joe,

The COM port configurations seem to be right.

Have you flashed the mmw demo on the AWR1642BOOST? You will need to flash the mmw demo from the MMWAVE-SDK to the device . ($mmwave_sdk_03_02_00_04\packages\ti\demo\xwr16xx\mmw\xwr16xx_mmw_demo.bin)

Follow the instructions mentioned in the mmwave-sd userguide to flash the demo image.
