IWR1642: IWR1642 serial UART cannot be written and burned

Hi Team,

Customer developed an IWR1642 radar product using the IWR1642 solution but encountered a problem:
He used the STM32 UART serial port to operate the IWR1642 and found that the IWR1642 could be erased but the data could not be written. Then, it is impossible to program the IWR1642 through the external STM32 UART.
He would like to know how to configure it?
