What signal level is showing up at Alert pin after power-up or reset ?

    Hello Guenter,

    The alert pin is open drain and will default to high on reset, indicating that no alert is present. After the first temperature conversion completes the alert pin will begin to compare against the Thigh and Tlow registers to determine if the pin should be pulled down.
