hi,

the temp range of LM60 is -25 to 125,

if we put LM60 to -40, what will happen about LM60?

Erwin -

for the LM60BIM3, as noted on page 3 of the datasheet https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm60.pdf in the Device Comparison Table, this variant will operate to -40C without damage, however the accuracy range specified will most likely not be observed. The "C" variant offers guaranteed accuracy below -25C.
