OPT9221: OPT9221 Always in configuration

Reference：TI-opt9221.pdf  39~40page 

Working conditions:

1. Opt9221 is set to Master serial configuration mode.

2.TIC_CONFIGZ pin pulled high，TIC_CEz pin pulled high low。SPI communication waveform exists between OPT9221 and eeprom。pin is still at the bottom of the potential

phenomena ：

1.As shown in the figure below,Opt9221 reads the TFC configuration to eeprom,But TIC_CONF_DONE pin remains low potential，INT_OUT pin remains high potential。

OPT9221 is always in the configuration T CONF phase, Never complete configuration。

question：

1.How to verify that the communication between EEPROM and opt9221 is correct?

2.Do  <.tie>files need to be imported to EEPROM for opt9221 to work properly?

3.If I need to import a  <.tie>file,How to import？
