DRV5013: MM voltage required

 Hi team

     

        One of my customer need to know the MM(Machine Mode) voltage in ESD of DRV5013ADQLPGM and RV5013ADQDBZR. Could you please offer these, if not, could you please explain why you can't offer?

    Hello Wesley,

    I looked into it and found out that we no longer do MM testing.  The reason for this is because JEDEC spec does not require it, and MM is very close to HBM (Human body model), which we do put in our datasheet.
