HDC1080: Can it be baked in an oven at 80 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes？

Dear TI Experts,

We use HDC1080 in wearable watches. After the completion of SMT, the whole machine will be assembled. In the process, it needs to be dispensed. The product should be baked in an oven at 80 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Does this affect the quality/performance of the chip?
