TMP235: A question about VDD capacitor of TMP235

we have a question and hope to double-check with you.

Can we put a 0.47uF capacitor between VDD and GND ? the device is TMP235

Dear Erwin -

A 0.1uF cap (connected as shown in Figure 15 on page 12 here: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tmp235.pdf) is recommended. Larger bypass capacitor value is allowed as needed. See wording in section 9 directly above the referenced figure.
