Is there any difference between LPG and LPE except for temperature range?

    Not exactly. If you look on the orderables on the DRV5013 datasheet, it is the E/Q designator in the orderable number that dictates the temperature range of the part. The actual difference of the LPG and LPE packages are slight variations in the actual package, the primary difference being lead length. Coincidentally, the LPE does only currently come in the "E" extended temperature version, while the LPG is only currently available in the "Q" version, but it is this portion of the orderable number that determines the temperature range, not the package itself. Apart from this, the parts are functionally the same. See below for slight package differences:
