LMP91000EVM: Driver Issues with SPIO-4 on Windows 10

Part Number: LMP91000EVM

I am trying to use LMP91000EVM and SPIO-4 to test some sensors. I have followed the instruction to install the sensor GUI software and the SPIO-4 driver (http://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers/f/14/p/654695/2445045#2445045?jktype=e2e). The device manager can recognize the SPIO board as NSC_USB SPIO4 Service

But every time I start the sensor software, after some initializing, it will prompted me a "Board Not Found" and the SPIO board is no longer displayed in device manager. It seems like the initializing of the sensor software will kill the board driver service.

Do you have any suggestions to work around that?

Regards,

Alan
