IWR6843AOPEVM: EVM demo visualizer does not connect to XDS data port

In the demo visualizer after tesing a fresh EVM, I get no data in.

This is on a Windows10 PC.
The connection status keeps trying connection 2of2... for ever. I tried several bitrate settings in both the demo visualizer config and in the device manager COM port settings...

In the device manager I cannot set that COM port to therecommended bit rate, but I set them both equally:

Any idea what is wrong ?

Hi Ingo,

It appears it is connected well. Can you post a screenshot of of the visualizer console. Does anything appear on this console when you either send a config or press the NRST (SW2) button on your board?

It seems like the downloadable demo visualizer can only be set to SDK version 3.2

However, I am working with 3.3.
The solution was only using the online demo visualizer, to be found here: https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/mmwave/mmWave_Demo_Visualizer/ver/3.3.0/
Then after switching EVM power off and on again it connected and worked as excpected..
