Dear Hirata-san,

Thanks for posting, the part to part and lot to lot variation of the HDC1080 is covered by the datasheet specification, in section 7.5, page 5.

Dear Hirata-san,

Normally this would be checked in temp/humidity chamber for non-destructive test / normal application test, in oil bath for as close to perfect temperature measurement test, but the %RH sensor will not survive that test method.
