My customer is trying to run the labs available on the resource explorer, but apparently the drivers are not being properly installed. As you can see in the image below

SETUP: IWR6843ISK-ODS+MMWAVEICBOOST

He tried installing the driver package available on this e2e link, but no success so far. Have you ever seen this type of issue? Can you help us here?

Hi,

Please have the customer install it a second time. I am not sure why but installing it a second time seems to always resolve this problem.

Hello Charles, that solved the issue and the computer can enumerate ports correctly now. a new issue has emerged when customer proceed with the lab. Please find the below the error he is seeing on the step 3 of the lab

Hi,

Does this happen every time even after closing Uniflash? Please have the customer close uniflash, close the flashyphythonsubprocess.exe in task manager if its running, restart uniflash and try again.

Yes. He has tried restarting the whole process multiple times including force closing in task managers.

Hello Charles, customer was finally able to flash the EVM properly. Now he faces another challenge.

He is trying to run the mmwave Demo Visualizer, he is able to connect CFG_port, but DATA_port is not being properly connected.

SOP2 is removed and S1 Switches are confirmed. Any idea what can be going on?

Hi,

Please make sure you don't have the FTDI_USB connected when trying to run the demo.

Laslty, make sure you hit reset after removing the SOP2 jumper to boot into functional mode.
