Part Number: LM94022
When observed the supply current for LM94022, the supply current is to be rise to near 100mA peak, that width is about 40usec. Also, that peak current occure 2Hz.Does TI know the cause? Please give me advice.
Is my understanding that there seems to be a spike in supply current when device turns on? Does the supply current settle back to µA range after the 40µSecs? Can you provide scope captures of the current on device power on? Along with the supply voltage?
Can you provide a schematic with how LM94022 device is connected please?
