TMP1075: NIST traceability certificate

Hello,

Is it possible to receive a NIST traceability certificate for the TMP1075?

I know that the datasheet states that "The TMP1075 units are 100% tested on a production setup that is NIST traceable and verified with equipment

that is calibrated to ISO/IEC 17025 accredited standards."

However, I was wondering if it is possible to receive an actual certificate?
