Can i get the MSL rating/Peak reflow for LM61CIZ/LFT2? The product website show N/A for pkg type for MSL rating/Peak reflow column. End cust want to know their value.

    Hi kpk,

    MSL doesn't apply to through-hole packages. See IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033. The problem MSL is intended to solve doesn't typically occur in through-hole packages, because the molding is thicker, and there is less heat conduction into the package during soldering.
