TMP61-Q1: How to distinguish positive and negative

For TMP6131QDYATQ1 (0602) and 0402 package, it's really very hard to distinguish positive and negative cause it's so small. Any approaches to distinguish from package carrier?

I don't have the tape polarity information.

Dear Dongbao -

in the image you posted, there is a table which indicates pin 1 is in quadrant Q1 and in the diagram, quadrant Q1 is closest to the sprocket holes, yielding the answer you are looking for.
