OPT3001: I2C not meeting I2C specifications

Hi Support team

My customer has designed in opt3001 and they are seeing a failure during I2C compliance testing. from the customer

Specifically, the high time was 3.95 us, but the min is 4.00 us.  I’d appreciate your feedback on this.  Maybe we could try different I2C pullup resistors?  See schematic snippet below the test results.

I can email you the snip of the report, a scope shot  and the schematic. On the schematic, specifically, they have 4.7k pull ups with a 1.8v rail

    Hi Jeff,

    Yes, please email these files to me as I will need more info to make suggestions here. Can you also explain what you mean by high time? The OPT I2C timing requirements are in the datasheet 6.6 Timing Requirements, but I am not able to figure out which spec you are saying is not being met.
