LM60: Sensing point of temperature sensor

Part Number: LM60

Hi Team,

It is planned to radiate heat from the device temperature rise to the copper foil of the PCB. In other words, multiple devices that heat up are mounted on PCB. Since the device temperature cannot be measured directly, we would like to measure the temperature of the copper foil used for heat dissipation as accurately as possible. The measurement temperature range of 0-80°C is sufficient.
I am currently considering the LM60 in the SOT-23 package. I don't know where on the LM60 the sensing point is. I think it would be convenient to have a sensor on the terminal or the back of the LM60.
Is it possible to measure the temperature of the copper foil by mounting it on the copper foil of the PCB? Also, please let us know if you have any better recommendations for other temperature sensor devices than the LM60.

Beat Regards,
Tom Liu
