Hi,

I want to know the role of the L13 pin of the AWR1843 chip.

The function written in the chip data sheet is Voltage supply for fuse chain.

But I still don't know the specific role, can L13 not be powered?

Hello,

VPP pin (L13) is used for burning customer encryption key on secure devices like AWR1843S. You can just leave the pin floating if you're not using that function.
