Please suggest a Low-cost Alternate part or Alternate design suggestion for current sensing - Present part used -ACS770LCB-050B ( Allegro).
Application - Automotive - DC-DC converter (400V to 12 V)- Current sensing at HV side.
We currently do not have an in package 50A current sensor with that capability. Some shunt alternatives are shown here below.

Thanks for the question. The closest devices we have are the TMCS1100 and TMCS1101. The next options (e.g., AMC1301) are shunt based, but still provide inherent isolation. See the entire isolated current sensing voltage amplifiers here:
The last solution it to use a low-voltage (< 80V) current sensing amplifier (CSA) (e.g., INA181) along with a buffer (e.g., TLV9061) and a level-shifting transistor. The first circuit shows using a current-output CSA on a high-voltage rail and a transistor to shift the output voltage to ground. The second circuit shows how to convert a voltage-output CSA into a current-output which you can then plug into the first circuit.
