Dear Cesar

Thank you very much for your reply,
1. I'm sorry I wrote the wrong radar model. I used AWR1843. I have consulted about the two radars AWR1642 and AWR1843 before. AWR1843 can use the code of the toolkit mmwave_automotive_toolbox_3_0_0.I asked your questions when using lab0002.
2. I am using SDK demo.
Looking forward to your positive reply.
Thank you very much.

  • Based on your original thread-

    https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors/f/1023/t/935970

SRR demo from TI-Rex uses PC based GUI application to connect with mmwave sensor. Please note that SRR application is built for AWR1642 device.

And MRR demo is built for AWR1843 device.

Now, if you are trying to flash the binary using Uniflash tool then after flashing done close the tool and change the SOP setting to functional mode.

try to do board power cycle and re-connect USB cable. Now try to execute the GUI for SRR/MRR demo.

    Regards,

    Jitendra

  • Dear Jitendra Gupta
Thank you very much for your reply.
Regarding the SOP setting that you mentioned, when I run lab0002 in the toolkit mmwave_automotive_toolbox_3_0_0 on AWR1843, what is the SOP value when I burn the BIN file? Is it 1 0 1 or what value? When running GUI, what is the value of AWR1843 SOP function mode setting? I did not find information about the setting of the SOP value when running the GUI in the AWR1843 document.
Looking forward to your positive reply.
    Thank you very much.
