Hello teams.

I would be grateful if there was data on how to replace the laser element (green wavelength of about 500 nm) and how to secure the measurement distance up to about 50 m with OTP3101.

(It is 15m in the data sheet, but if you say de-alias, you can read it as extending to 75m)

Can you tell me?

Hi Tomoya,

You can certainly extend the range by switching from LED to laser. Eye safety will also be a concern that should be checked. Performance can be measured using our system estimator tool http://www.ti.com/tool/OPT3101ESTIMATOR-SW
