IWR6843: Difference about Silicon PG Revision, Safety Level and Security

Hello experts,

Could you tell me the difference about Silicon PG Revision, Safety Level and Security?
My customer request to know the detail of difference.

    Hi,

    1) Silicon PG Revision:  The PG2.0 is the new revision that fixed some of the issues on PG1.0. Please see the following documentation for comparison:

    2) Safety Level:  B is for  Functional safety SIL-2 compliant targeted devices that enables safety monitoring similar to AWR ASIL-B targeted devices. Refer table 7.1 @https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/awr1843.pdf

    3) Security:  S is for HS ( High Security) device that has secured boot feature and hardware crypto accelerators required for secured application.

    Let me ask additional quesion.

    Regarding with Sefety Level, is there silicon level difference between B device and Q device?
    Or device are same, but test are different?

    Regarding with Security, S device is more expensive than G device?
    I can't confirm about web price on TI.com product page.
    Also, availability is same?

    Hi,

    The Safety on the device is enabled through eFuse setting. So yes, they are different devices.
