Hi,
1) Silicon PG Revision: The PG2.0 is the new revision that fixed some of the issues on PG1.0. Please see the following documentation for comparison:

2) Safety Level: B is for Functional safety SIL-2 compliant targeted devices that enables safety monitoring similar to AWR ASIL-B targeted devices. Refer table 7.1 @https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/awr1843.pdf

3) Security: S is for HS ( High Security) device that has secured boot feature and hardware crypto accelerators required for secured application.

The Safety on the device is enabled through eFuse setting. So yes, they are different devices.
