Customer want to change UART parity between odd and even. Does UART module support to modify odd and even parity in flight? Or it need to change by resetting UART module?
Could you please clarify what you mean by "in Flight"? and also provide some details about the objective as to why this is needed?

In flight means UART is in transmission or receive. Customer want to use odd or even parity for different data.

Thanks for the confirmation. I need some time to check with the hardware and driver experts. I will get back to you by Friday (10/23).
The UART driver does not support dynamic re-configuration during data transfers. You will need to reset the driver to clear out the UART buffers and re-configure the driver with the new parity.
