LM35: 250mVp-p, 30us sawtooth on the output

Hello,

We have a customer with below concern:

I'm seeing a 250mVp-p, 30us sawtooth on the output of my LM35 at room temperature.  See attached scope shot.  I have a .01uF from Vcc to gnd, and 200 Ohms in series with the output.  The output goes through about 2 feet of harness to an analog input board.
