Hi sir,

A customer is using TI IWR1443BOOST, he downloaded mmWave studio and installed it safely.

However, he connected the IWR1443 boost to his PC and launched mmwave studio, the 'script failing' error was displayed.

After review the thread below,

My customer still can not fix his problem according to the method in this thread.
My customer 's PC is 64 bit windows.
The download itself can work normally from the place you suggested,
Although it can be installed in the C folder, but the USB is installed automatically, thus the same error occurs as the last time.
If it is necessary to set USB, please let me know from software download to installation.

BTW, he updated Visual C++2013 according to the thread above,
The FTID driver is not automatically registered for installation, then he selected in device manager,
he is thinking about changing the driver of FTDI (XDS) for input and output.
Could you tell me how to update the device manager?
For registered driver, It's difficult to understand how to find other drivers to select and update it.
For my question, can you create a guide for my reference?

I would recommend following the FTDI instructions in the following user guide.

Also please confirm customer has installed Matlab Runtime 3.5.1 32-bit version.
