Our customer purchased a batch of OPT3101 and found that the validatedesignid could not be read.
Set register iq_read_data_sel=4
Read 0x3b, result: 0x000000
Set register iq_read_data_sel=5
Read 0x3b, result: 0x000000
Previously purchased chips can be read to 0x100411 and 0xc010000 respectively, and the results are consistent with the SDK.
But the newly purchased chips are all 0x000000, 0x000000.
It is also found that when coffqreg > 0.02, it can not be calibrated correctly, and coffqreg = 0.09 is calculated by using the temperature compensation calculation method in the calibration document. Previously purchased chips also have no such problem.
Could it be a chip problem?
