DCA1000EVM: Problem connecting SPI

I'm using AWR1443 with DCA1000. I followed all the steps up to (4) as per user manual. It went well but MSS Firmware version shows 0.0.0.0. And SPI connectivity Status is "Disconnected". Step 5 SPI Connect does not work.

Hello User,

Firmware version displaying all zeros indicates the firmware was not downloaded properly and that is why the SPI connection failed.

1. Please check you're using the latest and correct MSS binary for the device

2. Clear the flash contents before flashing a new binary file.

Where can I find the MSS binary.

I am uploading MSS binary from the following folder:

C:\ti\mmwave_studio_02_01_01_00\rf_eval_firmware\masterss

the binary file is xwr12xx_xwr14xx_masterss.bin 8/15/2019 91KB

2. Do you mean the flash content of AWR1441 or DCA1000EVM?

the problem was solved by re-flashing AWR1443.
