MMWCAS-RF-EVM: FFT implementation in Linux

Hi,

I'm using MMWCAS-RF-EVM and PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_08_00_00.
In SYS/BIOS I got the correct range-doppler-FFT performed on the EVE, but in Linux I got the wrong 2D-FFT result by using the very same FFT code.

Is there any difference between SYS/BIOS and Linux? How can I get the correct result of FFT in Linux?
