Is there any way to get the LDC1101EVM GUI working in Windows 10?

After loosing two days trying to solve this, I am close to madness! I have tried all the tips I could find in the forum, none of them work.

I get an error message saying, an error occurred and can only be repaired with a full version of Labview.

Besides, the GUI does not sees the EVM, which is on Port5 and none information can be retrieved.

Strange enough, the Sensing Solutions software sees the module as connected, but cannot do anything with.

    My apologies for the frustration you have experienced, however the LDC1101EVM GUI was not was not written with Windows 10 as a supported platform. The Sensing Solutions OneUI is in the process of being updated to support the LDC1101, but that is not expected to help you in the near term.

    The issue you are seeing is one with the LABView installer; this issue has occurred on other versions of windows and so the same fix may get you going. Please try to install the attached and see if it resolves your issue.

    thank you very much for the kind and quick reply. I have installed the file you posted and could solve the driver issue both in W8.1 and W10.

    However, the GUI is still not working. I have the same problem described in e2e.ti.com/.../1694113

    (the GUI shows a blank screen. Clicking the 'run' button, opens a window saying that "the VI is not executable. The full development version of LabVIEW is required to fix the errors.")

    I have installed the 2015 Runtime from LabVIEW, hopping to solve compatibility issues with W8.1 and W10, but the GUI only accepts the 2010 version and refuses to run at all.

    I can see in the forum, this is an issue reported already several months ago by other users. Somehow disappointing that a very new and time-saving-promising integrated circuit's EVM can, apparently, only be run in old OS...

    I have a deadline for march, three days are gone trying to get the EVM to talk. Now, I have to look for an old computer having W7, somewhere, and hope, I can test the thing... not really inspiring at the end of the year...

    I have make some observations in the behavior of the LDC1101EVM GUI in Win10.
    First of all, I installed Win7 as a dual boot option. The GUI startet to work fine.
    Then, I booted Win10 and searched the GUI exe in the Win7 installation and startet it (from within Win10).
    I was asked to copy to the registers some information related to Python. (it was not further described, sorry, I could not write it down...)
    After this, the GUI started in Win10 without problems.
    I have deleted the Win7 installation and the GUI still works.
    Maybe tis can help others...
