TMP708-Q1: TMP708-Q1 operating temperature range for automotive application

Hi Team,

I have automotive customer that has application needing one low-cost temperature switch.

While promoting TMP708-Q1, I find that it's AEC-Q100 grade 1 device, with the absolute operation temperature range of -40 to 125 degree C, but the recommended operating temperature is jut 0 -125 degree C. So could it be used under 0 degree C, and any risk to damage ?

If it could not be used under 0 degree C, how could it be AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified version device ?
