Hello,

Orbbec Astra or Microsoft Kinect is selectable a distributor said, when I requested a quote of Turtlobot 2. To run TI ROS package with IWR1443/1642, which depth sensor to select is don't care I believe. Am I correct?

Hello Katsuhiro,

You are correct. If you are reproducing the Autonomous Robotics with ROS for mmWave lab on the TI Resource Explorer then you will be using the IWR1443 or IWR6843 TI mmWave sensor instead of the 3D sensor that comes with the Turtlebot2. Therefore, it does not matter which sensor comes with the purchased Turtlebot2. Some distributors also sell the Turtlebot2 separately without a sensor, which would work as well.
