AWR1642：way to dissipate heat

The heat generation can be reduced by optimizing the chirp/frame configurations used. If you can use lower duty cycle (use larger frame idle time) and lower number of transmitters simultaneously that would reduce the power.
Once you have optimized the configuration if you still need better heat dissipation you might need to improve the thermal dissipation on the PCB by using more thermal GND vias, using more GND layers. You can also design some mechanical heat sinks that contact either the top of the AWR device or transfer the heat via contact to GND copper area.
