We are looking for temperature sensor in TO-92 package.

we  currently use sensor TD5A in one of our design which is obsolete . This is basically platinum RTD sensor.

Please go through the specs and suggest alternate equivalent in same form

    Thanks for your post. 

    The LMT84 through LMT87 devices are in TO92 packages, but have an analog output versus being part of a voltage divider, which would be inside a circuit that results in same Vout which would be fed to ADC. Using LMT8x device would eliminate all that and just be connected directly to ADC. These are inexpensive devices by comparison to what the TD5A was at - it was hard to find, but i did find one disty that was selling them for around $6.44 @1kU.
