When CFAR thresholdScale in the Doppler direction is set to 0 in the OOB Demo of the IWR1843 BOOST board,
It looks like peak grouping in the Doppler direction is not working.

Questions:
1. I look at the source code for SDK 3.4.0.3 and understand that when thresholdScale = 0, the CFAR process in the Doppler direction is skipped.
Is this understanding correct?
