In ppl lab, after sending the configuration file, the console of CCS shows that the radar fails to start, and the error code is - 204602898.

Its mmwave error is - 3122, which is caused by runtime calibration failed.

But I don't understand why this problem occurs?

After I came back on vacation,I use the same IWR1642 for the test.Then the above problem happened.

Before the vacation, the IWR1642 is OK.

What might cause this problem?

How can I solve it?

Hello,

Did anything happen to the device? Also does this happen every time you try to start the device now? Have you reflashed the device since it started?

The device was on my desk and nothing happened.

Sometimes it starts successfully, sometimes it fails, but most of the time it fails.

After this, I tried to reload the image with Uniflash.

Is there something wrong with the device?

Can you please flash the out of box demo from SDK3.5/industrial toolbox 4.6 and see if you get the same errors?

I imported the program from toolbox 4.6.0 and replaced the SDK with 3.5.0.4. But when compiling, CCS reported many errors, lacking a lot of .h file.The error disappears after changing the SDK back to 2.0.0.4.

How can I configure sdk3.5.0.4 correctly?

In addition, in properties / general / products, should SYS / BIOS be changed to 6.73.1.01? It's 6.53.2.00 now.

Hello,

The lab from TB 4.6.0 is only compatible with SDK 3.5. But there is an included prebuilt binary in the out of box lab folder that you don't need to build with CCS. Please try flashing that.

Yes you may need an updated sys bios download. But make sure CCS has discovered the new SDK, sometimes it doesn't find it unless you go to Window->Preferences->Code Composer Studio->Products->Refresh.
