MMWCAS-DSP-EVM: Failed to program FPGA

Hello Champs,

Customer used MMWCAS-DSP-EVM board, Lattice Diamond 3.10, Lattice HW-USBN-2B Programmer and followed the pinout of Figure 9. FPGA Flash Programming Header Pinout, but he met an error message when programming the FPGA.
Below is the snapshot of connect error.
