My user points are not getting updated. Please look in to the issue.

Since last many post and tickets my points are not updated. Is there any terms & conditions is added to update points?

Hello Dnyanesh,

I reviewed your last few posts, these were all Reply to your own post. I don't see anything out of line. Keep in mind the points do not increment when you Reply to a thread that you initiated. Let me know if you see any specific posts you think points should have been incremented.

Explanation of Levels

Type within E2E Support Forums	Description	Points
Post	Amount each new forum post will be worth	10
Reply	Amount each forum reply will be worth (replies made by thread author do NOT increment points)	10
Verified Answer	Amount a user will receive for having a reply verified as the answer	20
Likes	Amount each LIKE received will be worth	5
Likes	Amount each LIKE given will be worth	1
Favorite (user) friend	Amount a user will receive for being selected as a friend	5
