I need to change my email address and company on my Forum profile. However, those items in my profile are greyed out and not editable.

Thank you. I had already seen those instructions, but they do not match what I see when I log in. There is nothing on the left-hand side of the page related to profile. If I click on the top right icon I see "Profile", but I cannot change anything.

Hello Sid,
Seems that FAQ needs to be updated. E2E email is based on the myTI profile, and upon LogIn, will transfer this email address to E2E.
So, LogOut of E2E, LogOut of TI.com
Then LogIn to TI, then:
Go to ti.com
Click on your name
Click on myTI dashboard
Click on “edit your information” under Profile and Security
Update or verify you email address and save the changes.
Then wait about 10 minutes, go to E2E and LogIn. Let us know the results.
