Hello TIers,
Taking e2e down for a week means delays in getting such good product knowledge. What improvements are being made to the e2e forums? Please get e2e back quickly!
thanks

Hi Jim,
Thanks for your post - trust me when I tell you this decision was not made lightly - but this maintenance of back-end systems is necessary.
We do have a couple things working in our favor:
- The site will only be down for 2 business days (Thurs and Fri)
- Our customers in China will be going on their Golden Week holiday (activity typically slows down just before this)
We will be working throughout the weekend to get the site back up as soon as possible.
I'm glad to hear you're getting value from our product experts' answers.
-Jim
