What is a Locked thread? How do threads get Locked? What should I do if I have a follow-on or similar question to a Locked thread?
Locked threads are threads where future replies are blocked - they display the following message at the top:
Threads automatically Lock after 30 days of no replies (regardless of resolution status).
TI locks threads in order keep threads more focused on a single issue.
If you have a similar or follow-on question to a thread that is locked, click the yellow "Ask a related question" button on the top right of your screen.
This will open a form to create a new (related) thread. When the related question thread is published, it will automatically display the link to the original thread where you started from.
